Special Interest Grants

The Foundation holds and administers a number of Field-of-Interest Funds. These Funds were established by donors who wanted to support a particular charitable area of interest. Starting in October, 2014, Foundation Staff will dedicate two or more months throughout the year to one or more Field-of-Interest Funds. An invitation will be sent via Constant Contact email to organizations requesting to sign up to present on their program on a date TBD. The organization’s project/program MUST fit within the area of interest, and MUST be a program/project that is currently being offered. Upon the presentation, Foundation Staff will then determine whether an invitation to submit an application would be appropriate. The application will then go through the Foundation’s normal application process. These grants will be large in size, ranging from $20,000 to $100,000+.
